Job Objective:
Plan, direct, and oversee all production operations, including Blending, Drum Filling, Small Pack Filling, Repacking, and Production Administration, to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery commitments are achieved.
Optimize production resources, equipment, manpower, and operational costs to maximize productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and people development to support the company's business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor production plans to ensure production schedules are achieved efficiently and on time.
Lead and manage all Production Supervisors, Assistant Production Manager, Line Leaders, Operators, and Production Administration personnel.
Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and other related departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor production performance, productivity, product quality, machine utilization, and manufacturing costs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and applicable regulatory requirements.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Evaluate production capacity, manpower requirements, equipment performance, and investment opportunities to support future business growth.
Review and approve production reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and report production performance to Management.
Develop and coach production leaders to strengthen leadership capability, technical competency, and succession planning.
Job Specifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership position.
Experience in the lubricant, chemical, oil & gas, or FMCG industry is preferred.
