About the role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to join CWB Clinic, one of the subsidiaries of Indonesia Defence Services (IDS) Group operating in the healthcare sector. CWB Clinic provides medical and health-related services to both corporate and individual clients, and we are looking for someone to support our business growth and client development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Market and promote the company's products and services
Determine and prioritize work based on urgency and importance
Maintain clear two-way communication regarding expectations between the company and clients
Provide friendly, professional, and pleasant service to clients
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction
Approach and acquire new customers
Follow up on customer requests, questions, and complaints
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Create and maintain a database of Medical Check-Up and Medical Supplies/Devices clients
Cooperate with the Finance Department regarding project billing and payment terms
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Proactive and target-oriented with a strong interest in sales and business development
Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple customers or projects
Good organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented, particularly in handling documents and project requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
