Identity & Acces Management

Job Desc

• Manage user account provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across enterprise platforms.

• Perform access administration and entitlement management for:

  • Active Directory

  • Windows Server

  • Unix/Linux Server

  • Microsoft SQL Server

• Validate and process access requests in accordance with security policies and approval workflows.

• Conduct periodic user access reviews and recertification activities.

• Ensure appropriate segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance requirements are maintained.

• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and service requests.

• Generate access management reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

• Prepare management presentations, dashboards, and audit documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Support internal and external audits by providing audit evidence and access control records.

• Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, Application Support, and Compliance teams on IAM-related initiatives.

• Participate in process improvement and automation activities to enhance access management efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, IT Security, System Administration, or related areas.

• Experience working within banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Active Directory

  • Windows Server Administration

  • Unix/Linux Access Administration

  • Microsoft SQL Server Access Management

• Strong understanding of:

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • User Provisioning & Deprovisioning

  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

  • Access Governance

  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)

  • Information Security Principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing management reports and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.

• Understanding of audit and regulatory compliance requirements.
