Responsibilities:
Lead the development, review, and management of written content for the corporate website, internal website, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's brand, communication strategy, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop communication materials, support corporate initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Provide strategic consultation and recommendations to internal stakeholders on promotional materials, communication campaigns, and content-related initiatives
Oversee content quality by reviewing, editing, and ensuring all published materials comply with corporate standards, branding guidelines, and applicable regulations
Provide end-to-end support for Marketing Communications initiatives and demonstrate flexibility in supporting corporate events, campaigns, and other company activities as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Copywriting, Marketing Communications, or a similar role
Excellent copywriting and editing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong understanding of corporate branding and communication tone across digital platforms
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content requests within deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Willing to support Marketing Communications activities and company events, including occasional work outside regular office hours when required
