As we continue to strengthen and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Branch Manager, Surabaya to lead our branch, drive sustainable business growth, enhance operational performance, and build lasting relationships with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Oversee air, ocean, and land freight operations, including import and export activities.
Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and overseas agents.
Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve high performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and international logistics standards.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and supply chain operations.
Proven track record in business development and branch management.
Experience managing branch financial performance, including P&L responsibility.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office, data-driven in decision-making, and experienced in using logistics management systems.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional international business environment.
