Job Description :
Set up and alignment Matrix Competency of LiuGong Machinery Indonesia with Head Quarter
Review and analysis gap of competency based on matrix competency
Set up technical development program (training program) for internal company based on Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Set up technical development program (training program) for Dealers based on Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Set up technical development program (training program) for Customers based on request internal and external company
Set up technical development program (training program) for students and teacher based on agreement cooperation with institutions of education
Conduct technical training for internal company based on training program
Conduct technical training for Dealers based on training program
Conduct technical training for Customer based on training program and training request
Conduct technical training for students and teacher based on agreement cooperation with institutions of education (Polytechnic and University)
Set up and develop collaboration with vendors or other for provide soft skills training program or hard skills training program based on need
Develop training material related with training program
Develop assessment tools (pretest and post-test) related with training program
Set up certification program for specialization mechanic
Running and monitoring Learning Management System (LMS) related with training program with Head Quarter
Set up budget for running technical training program (technical training activity)
Follow up and monitoring cooperation with institutions of education (Polytechnic and University)
Analysis and fulfill training facility in the Learning & Development Department
Set up of the LiuGong Technical Skills Competition in Indonesia Region for mechanics and students
Set up Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in the Learning and Development Department
Create training report after finish session in each training program
Create monthly Reports of technical training program
Job Requirement :
Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering and heavy equipment
Experience: At least five years of experience as a heavy equipment trainer or instructor
Technical skills: Proficiency with heavy machinery, such as wheel loader, bulldozers, excavators, motor grader, roller, and dump trucks include EV Product
Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Training certifications: Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training
Other skills: Ability to capture and maintain an audience's attention, read schematics and engineering drawings, and work with precision measuring equipment
Soft skills: Stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to foster collaborative partnerships
