Role Overview
Join the OCC team as an Aviation Operations Coordinator, working shifts alongside the existing Bangkok-based team to provide round-the-clock operational coverage. Coordinate flight handling, manage real-time communication with airports, clients, and ground teams, and solve problems as they arise. Work with a global client base across multiple time zones, handling routine turnarounds to complex contingencies.
What You Will Do
Coordinate ground handling, permits, and airport services for non-scheduled flights, monitor live flight operations, communicate with clients and airport authorities, prepare shift handovers, and deliver diplomatic communication to clients.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation operations, flight dispatch, ground handling, airline operations control centres (OCC), or similar aviation environments.
- Strong understanding of airport operations and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think proactively rather than simply react to issues as they arise.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote team members.
- Professional, calm, and diplomatic when handling operational challenges or communicating difficult updates.
