About the role
This is a Human Resources role responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee administration, performance management, compensation, training, employee relations, policy compliance, and HR systems reporting.
Key responsibilities
Manpower Planning – plan workforce needs
Recruitment & Selection – manage recruitment and selection processes
Employee Management – manage employee data, administration, and needs
Performance Management – manage employee evaluation and performance
Compensation & Benefits – manage salary, allowances, and benefits
Training & Development – develop employee capabilities
Employee Relations – handle employee relations and issues
HR Policy & Compliance – create HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations
HRIS & Reporting – manage HR systems and reporting
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with experience as HR Supervisor/Manager preferred
Understanding of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Payroll, BPJS, and industrial relations
Understanding of Indonesian labour regulations
Able to use HRIS and Microsoft Office/Excel
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to create HR reports and analysis
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
