Japanese Speaker Sales Support Staff - N2

Japanese speaker Job Description :

1. Support verbal interpretation during meetings, discussions, audits, training sessions, and business negotiations

2. Facilitate effective communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees to ensure smooth business operations.

3. Provide accurate Japanese–Indonesian and Indonesian–Japanese translation for documents, reports, emails, manuals, and company communications.

4. Prepare and review translated materials to maintain consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality.

5. Support internal and external communication with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Sales Support Job Description :

1. Collect, organize, and maintain sales-related data in Microsoft Excel.

2. Prepare professional presentations and management reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.

3. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of sales reports.

4. Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain and verify sales information as required.

Job Requirements :

1. Can communicate in Japanese minimum JLPT N2

2. Good analytical skill

3. Proficient in using MS Excel, and MS Power point

4. Good in Math

5. Cooperative, creative and proactive
