Senior Purchasing F&B Japanese

Job Description :

Searching for supplier to develop as potential partner for alternative source,Check the necessity and budget precisely

Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

Analyzing various ranges of potential supplier / vendor in order to support and decide source selection

Generating purchase orders, monitoring, and targeting procurement to be provided in timely need cost - effective and meeting the standard

Reviews and evaluates purchase request, evaluates bids, ensuring compliance with department and company policies and procedures

Work closely with vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specs, pricing, and deadlines

Requirements :

Good knowledge and understand about analyze stock, Purchase and Product Development

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major

At least 3 years of working in the related field is required for this position

Have experience working in the food and beverage sector (Catering, Restaurant or Hotel)

Have Good Communication, Negotiation with client or vendor and doing the purchased order

Able to create Purchase Orders of all criteria based on company's needs

Familiar with MS Office, able to operate big data with Excel, Vlookup, etc

Professional, postive attitude, highly motivated, have attention to etail and able to work with a team
