Demand Planner Supervisor

We are looking for a Demand Planner Supervisor to join us.

What you will do :

• Assess selected countries’ potential for opening new overseas markets for BD products.

• Be involved in developing overseas marketing plans for each country.

• Control and monitor New Product Extension/NPD projects to ensure they are launched on schedule, with strong coordination across functions such as R&D, SCM, and Finance.

• Support consumer insight and behavior analysis related to product usage and consumption in the assigned countries.

• Prepare packaging content that complies with each country’s regulations, including language adjustments on product labels.

• Gather information and identify overseas exhibitions that the company can participate in.

• Prepare all requirements for overseas exhibitions, including booth design concepts and coordination with Event Organizers/Contractors.

• Conduct overseas competitor analysis for each country.

• Manage and monitor the overseas A&P budget.

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field with a minimum GPA 3.00

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis within the FMCG industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory-level or senior analyst role.

• Experience in managing multiple distribution centers, warehouses, or complex supply networks.

• Strong expertise in S&OP / Sales and Operations Planning processes, as well as basic statistical forecasting methodologies.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, advanced formulas, and pivot tables, with experience in ERP system setup.

• Proven track record in analyzing sales trends and historical data, as well as conducting root-cause analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
