About the role
This role involves conducting market research and competitor analysis for product development, creating new product launch programs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches aligned with company standards.
Key responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product development
Create New Product Launch programs, including timelines, Bill of Materials (BoM), required raw/packaging materials, utensils, etc.
Coordinate with the Marketing, PPIC, and Procurement teams, and conduct training sessions prior to product launch
Doing product trials to ensure successful product launches with COGS aligned to company standards
About you
S1 Food Tech education
Minimum 2–3 years experience in the same field
Excellent skills in menu exploration and development
Strong communication skills, proactive, and excellent leadership
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experienced in conducting market research and competitor analysis
Capable of preparing COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and analyzing product profitability
