Job Description
-Handle procurement contracts and related documentation, including printing, signing, stamping, filing, and archiving.
-Organize department meetings and handle general administrative matters.
-Maintain and update procurement and contract records.
-Participate in procurement negotiations with local suppliers and subcontractors.
-Support daily procurement and contract management activities.
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
-Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
-Good communication and negotiation skills.
-Candidates with previous experience in Chinese-funded companies are preferred.
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
