Senior Account Receivable Staff
About Us:
We are a company in the shipping industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Finance AR Senior Staff to join our team.
Job Descriptions :
Manage account receivable.
Generate and send accurate sales invoices to Customers based on sales orders, contracts or agreements.
Up-to-date billing system to Customer Applications.
Responsible to Customer account records.
Work closely with commercial or operation department.
Manage VAT-in and input VAT-out at Coretax System.
Reconcile VAT-in with general ledger.
Assist to Customers related to tax issue.
Assist in month-end closing activities.
Job Specifications :
Bachelor’s degree, preferred S1 in Accounting.
Min. 2 years experience in the same position
Experience in SAP B-One.
Fluent operate excel in advance level (Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot, etc.)
Understand the accounting process and accounting journal.
Good communication Skill, attention to detail and target oriented.
Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
