Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
• Constructing high level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth.
• Creating and implementing new strategies to increase the revenues and the number of clients.
• Do market research for various products to support the company needs.
• Following up new business opportunities to achieve company target.
• Identify B2B new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Customer development, communication and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work together with teams to deliver project and clients’ target.
Requirements:
• Min. 3 years of experience working in agency, services company, IT platform company, startup company, loyalty company.
• Able to do Presentation to Brand or Clients and able to operate Ms. Office.
• Have a good knowledge of mobile voucher, membership, reward management and/or loyalty program experience, marketing and sales program.
• Working experience covering different areas across Indonesia.
• Driven and hunger to achieve results, independent, self-starter and initiative.
• Proven ability to negotiate with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sales skills.
• Able to work with team and inter division team.
• Good market knowledge and good leadership.
