Job Title: SKU Lifecycle & Marketplace Growth Specialist(Chinese)
COMPANY: RADYAN COPRATION
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: $150 USD / month
Working Hours: 48 hours per week | Monday – Saturday (8 hours/day)
Shift Schedule (Split Shifts):
Day Shift: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM wib(with a 30-minute break)
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM wib (with a 30-minute break) Indonesia time
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and market-savvy SKU Lifecycle & Marketplace Growth Specialist to take full ownership of our product catalog and expansion strategy.
In this role, you will be the absolute gatekeeper of our Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). You will manage the entire lifecycle of a product—from researching and introducing high-demand items to retiring slow movers. Additionally, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our product development team, suppliers, and marketplace account managers.
Key Responsibilities
1. SKU Lifecycle Management & Catalog Health
Deactivation & Retirement: Analyze sales velocity, profit margins, and storage fees to identify and systematically retire stagnant or low-performing SKUs.
Reactivation & Reinstatement: Monitor supply chains and seasonal trends to reactivate older SKUs ready for a market comeback.
New SKU Creation: Build, optimize, and maintain clean, accurate data for newly launched products, ensuring perfect categorization and inventory tracking.
2. Market Research & Category Expansion
Trend Identification:
Conduct deep-dive research on e-commerce platforms to identify emerging trends, category gaps, and shifts in consumer demand.
New Category Pathing: Chart out new category paths and identify adjacent product lines that align with our core audience.
Product Sourcing & Alignment: Source high-potential products matching real-time marketplace demand while ensuring they meet brand margin standards.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance
Marketplace Approval Pipeline:
Manage product approval processes and secure rapid brand/category gating approvals on platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with Inventory, Purchasing, and Marketing teams for seamless product launches.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
Language (Mandatory): Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin/Chinese (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with international suppliers and team members.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce Catalog Management, SKU Management, Merchandise Buying, or Product Sourcing.
Marketplace Expertise: Deep understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify), listing requirements, and category restrictions.
Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERPs, PIM systems, or tools like Helium 10 / Jungle Scout is highly preferred.
Detail-Oriented: A strict eye for catalog organization—you view a messy backend catalog as an emergency.

A reliable, high-performance laptop or PC.
A Dual-Monitor setup (two screens are mandatory for this role).
A stable, high-speed internet connection.
