About the role
Lead technical execution of shipbuilding, repair, conversion, retrofit, and maintenance projects. Coordinate shipyards, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
Plan and supervise dry-docking, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, work scopes, and reports
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and technical progress
Ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and class requirements
Support procurement and technical evaluation of marine equipment and materials
Identify technical issues and recommend practical engineering solutions
Coordinate shipyards, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture from a reputable university
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, vessel maintenance, or marine engineering projects
Good understanding of ship structures, propulsion, machinery, and marine systems
Experience with dry-docking or shipyard projects is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to speak and write in English
Willing to travel to shipyards, vessels, and project sites
Willing to relocate to the Project Site
