Senior Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

What you will do

1. Manage daily operational configurations for acquisition channels in the Indonesian market, including channel code creation, coupon package setup, coupon distribution strategy, compensatory coupon configuration, and campaign launch support.

2. Support marketing campaign execution and go-live processes by coordinating campaign details with the local Indonesia customer service team and resolving user-facing operational issues.

3. Provide daily operational support for in-app payment services and payment products, including phone credit, electricity, BPJS, train tickets, and other related services.

4. Maintain operational SOPs and configuration records, while supporting process optimization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

5. Assist with data extraction and basic analysis to support the Shanghai strategy team in campaign execution, performance tracking, and business reviews.
   

What you will need to have

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors are welcome.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, operations support, campaign operations, or related roles. Experience in internet, e-commerce, fintech, or digital payment industries is preferred.

3. English proficiency as a working language, as daily communication with the Indonesia-based team will be conducted in English. Fluency in Chinese is required.

4. Proficient in Excel, with experience or willingness to learn marketing configuration platforms and operational tools.

5. Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to maintain accuracy when handling high-frequency and repetitive configuration tasks.

6. Self-driven, organized, and able to manage priorities independently while delivering tasks on schedule.

Would be good if you have any of these skills

1. Hands-on experience with marketing configuration platforms, coupon systems, campaign management tools, or user acquisition operations.

2. Experience in cross-border e-commerce, Southeast Asian markets, overseas business operations, or international team coordination.

3. Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve work efficiency. Candidates are encouraged to mention specific use cases in their resume, as these profiles will be prioritized.
