Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Specialist to lead market development efforts and drive strategic partnerships, new client acquisition efforts, primarily targeting the gaming industry; with additional focus on app-based enterprises in the tools and social categories. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in outbound sales, enjoy building relationships with decision-makers, and can consultatively map client needs to FoxData’s SaaS solutions across App Intelligence, Ads Intelligence, and Marketer Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Client Development (Web Scraping, API, API Integrator, Data Platform, Data Intelligence)
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential enterprise clients in data scraping, API, API Integrator, Data Intelligence or related clients.
- Leverage multiple channels (cold outreach, industry events, referrals, inbound leads) to build a consistent and qualified sales pipeline.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
2. Lead Engagement and Pipeline Management
- Follow up efficiently on inbound or marketing-generated leads.
- Maintain clear visibility into the sales pipeline and track conversion performance.
- Prioritize high-potential leads and develop strategies to accelerate deal progress.
3. Solution-Oriented Client Consultation
- Deeply understand clients’ user acquisition goals, monetization strategies, and market positioning.
- Recommend solutions based on their business stage and data needs, including: Web Scraping, API, API Integrator, Data Intelligence.
- Customize product demos, presentations, and proposals for different client use cases
4. Industry Trends & Feedback Loop
- Stay updated on the latest trends in these fields.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from prospects and clients to support product and go-to-market improvement.
- Represent Company at key events and webinars to enhance brand visibility and capture market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Management or any related field.
- With 2+ years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience, preferably in Web Scraping, API, API Integrator, Data Platform, Data Intelligence.
- Strong track record in new client acquisition and consultative sellint with excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
- Must be fluent in English, English can be used as a working language.
- Fully Work-From-Office (WFO), Mon-Fri, placement in Sudirman, South Jakarta.
Hybrid is applicable after probation, based on performance result.
