Solution Engineer (OJT)

We’re looking for a motivated and technically curious individual to join our team. This is an entry-level, structured OJT role designed to grow your expertise in enterprise networking, digital power solutions, and ICT infrastructure—working alongside experienced engineers on real client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete technical training modules, hands-on lab sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops, then work toward your Huawei competency certification.

• Assist senior engineers in installing, configuring, and testing network equipment and infrastructure at client sites.

• Perform daily system monitoring, routine maintenance, and support troubleshooting on Huawei devices.

• Gather and summarize requirements to support solution design and proposal preparation.

• Produce technical documentation including HLD designs, network topologies, and monthly/weekly reports. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Principal partners to support project deployment.

Requirements:

• S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in IT, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year experience accepted

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: IP addressing, routing & switching, OSI model, subnetting

• Good communication skills, team player mindset, and a strong drive to learn

• Ability to read and understand technical literature in English

• Willing to travel to client project sites as needed

Additional requirements (good to have but not compulsory):

• Entry-level certification such as CCNA or HCIA

• Familiarity with basic CLI commands for Cisco, Huawei, or Mikrotik equipment
