Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory. HSK certification is an advantage.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, BPJS, payroll administration, and employment regulations.
Familiar with General Affairs operations, including office facilities, company vehicles, accommodation, security, and vendor management.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, employment contracts, leave administration, BPJS enrollment, and all other HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and industrial relations issues while promoting a positive and harmonious working environment.
Develop, organize, coordinate, and evaluate internal training and employee development programs based on business and organizational needs.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, overtime calculation, employee benefits, and allowances in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Supervise General Affairs operations, including company vehicles, office facilities, housekeeping, security services, employee dormitories, and other operational support functions.
Ensure the implementation of HR & GA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and other applicable regulations
Prepare and submit accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc HR & GA reports to management.
Support management in developing and implementing HR & GA strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Perform other HR & GA duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
