Client Details: Industrial Automation/Instrumentation/Electrical

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the Industrial and Automotive sector.

  • Manage and grow key accounts, including OEMs, manufacturers, and strategic industrial clients.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Lead the full sales cycle, including RFQ handling, quotation, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and quality) to ensure alignment with customer requirements and project execution.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management review.

  • Lead and mentor the sales team (if applicable), including performance tracking and capability development.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective coordination of delivery, quality resolution, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

  • Experienced in industrial sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior sales role.

  • Strong experience managing key accounts and strategic customers in an industrial environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
