About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the branch. You will lead the team, drive business growth, ensure an exceptional patient experience, and work closely with the management and cross-functional teams to achieve the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Lead, manage, and develop the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue, patient acquisition, retention, and overall branch growth.
• Monitor branch performance, including sales, operational KPIs, customer experience, and financial performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient service and experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Medical, HR, and Operations teams to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, team performance, and overall branch efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable healthcare and industry regulations.
• Prepare regular branch performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in branch management, clinic management, hospitality, retail, wellness, or a similar customer-facing business.
• Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive sales and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable being hands-on in day-to-day operations.
• Strong customer and service orientation with a passion for creating exceptional patient experiences.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience in the aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
