Waiter

Candi Tirto Raharjo is seeking candidates with a hospitality spirit, strong communication skills, and a customer service orientation to join as Staff Waiter / Waitress in the Food & Beverage Service team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and direct guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and guide them to available tables

• Prepare tables before guest arrival including place settings, napkins, and ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant area

• Provide menu information, explain daily specials, and recommend dishes and beverages according to guest needs

• Record guest orders carefully and accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar

• Serve food and beverages to guest tables according to operational service standards and ensure orders are presented well

• Monitor guest needs during dining and handle bill payment transactions with accuracy and courtesy

• Clear and bus tables after guests finish dining and actively coordinate with the entire operational team

Requirement:

• Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent (preferably in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Tourism, or related fields)

• Minimum 1 year work experience in F&B Service / Restaurant / Hospitality as Waiter/Waitress (open to fresh graduates with relevant internship/practical experience)

• Understanding of basic service sequence, table setup, order taking, and service communication

• Well-groomed, clean, disciplined, with a positive and friendly service attitude

• Able to work efficiently, carefully, and responsively especially during peak hours and event operations

• Flexible work arrangement: willing to work on a shift system (6 working days per week with 1 day off) and flexible on weekends or national holidays

• Preferably residing in Bantul, Yogyakarta and surrounding areas
