Senior Accounting Specialist

About the role

Manage full-cycle accounting and GL, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and balance sheet accounts in accordance with PSAK. Coordinate tax compliance with external tax agents, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for head office, including variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting. Lead finance support for internal and external audits, including documentation, reconciliations, and auditor queries. Drive process improvements and internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and GL, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and balance sheet accounts in accordance with PSAK

• Coordinate tax compliance with external tax agents, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for head office, including variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting

• Lead finance support for internal and external audits, including documentation, reconciliations, and auditor queries

• Drive process improvements and internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory OJK and company requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the P2P lending/fintech industry.

• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, GL management, tax coordination, financial reporting, and audit support.

• Proficient in Accurate and advanced Excel

• Fluent in English for head office communication

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail

• Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus
