About the role
A Quantity Surveyor role responsible for monitoring and controlling vendor work progress in the field based on actual work volume, managing Bill of Quantity (BQ), and ensuring accurate documentation of all volume and progress data as the basis for project reporting.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and control progress of vendor work in the field based on actual work volume
Prepare and manage Bill of Quantity (BQ)
Prepare progress opname reports on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)
Calculate work volume (RAB)
Calculate and verify work volume for: Structure, Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Interior
Manage the opname process of vendor/subcontractor work as the basis for work progress
Prepare, control, and document supporting documents such as VO (Variation Order) and SI (Site Instruction)
Ensure all volume and progress data is well documented as the basis for project reporting
About you
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior, or Architecture
Minimum 10 years of experience as QS in civil construction and/or interior projects
Proficient in volume calculations
Experienced in using software such as Excel, AutoCAD, or other estimation software
Possess analytical skills, detail-oriented, agile and meticulous
Accustomed to working with targets
Willing to be assigned to projects in Jabodetabek region and outside Jabodetabek
