About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Support (After Sales) professional to join our team in Batam. In this role, you will handle customer claims, provide customer support and technical advice, and promote aftermarket products and services. You will work closely with customers and colleagues across global teams, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction while supporting daily operational activities.

What we're looking for
Prior working experience in Customer Support
Fluent in English both written and spoken
At least graduated from Diploma-III, preferably majoring in marketing/management
Good skill in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and MPS systems
Great communication skills and experience working on global team
Order and planning ability
Familiarity with our industry/product is a plus
Experience in electrical and automation is a plus
