About the role
We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Part-Time Content Creator to produce engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and visual assets. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through authentic hook-driven storytelling, product showcases, and audience-focused content.
Key responsibilities
Pitch 4-6 short-form video concepts per week tailored to target audience, focusing on strong opening hooks and clear calls-to-action (CTAs)
Shoot high-quality, authentic mobile video content using modern smartphones, proper lighting, and clean audio
Edit videos using tools like CapCut, adding dynamic captions, sound effects, on-screen visual cues, and trending audio
Deliver 2-3 finished, edit-ready video assets and headline plus description per week/month according to content calendar
Review performance data with the team bi-weekly to double down on winning hooks, formats, and angles
Post content accordingly with content created and create post descriptions
About you
Proven track record of creating engaging short-form videos (portfolio/reel required)
Strong understanding of short-form video hooks, pacing, typography, and visual dynamics
Ability to work independently, manage shoot deadlines, and accept constructive creative feedback
Basic understanding of brand aesthetics and direct-response content principles
