Sales Representative

1. Sales and Business Development

• Promote and sell Jotun paint products to existing and potential customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets, including volume and revenue goals
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, projects, and key accounts
• Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product solutions
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and project teams

2. Customer Relationship Management & After-Sales Support

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and account reviews
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

3. Reporting and Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, customer service, and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates
• Support marketing initiatives, including product launches, training sessions, and events

4. Other Duties

• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• With a pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills
• At least a college graduate; K–12 graduates are also welcome to apply
• Good communication and presentation abilities
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required
