About the role
PT Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti is seeking a detail-oriented, communicative Web Developer Staff with strong website maintenance capabilities. This position is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining websites and web-based applications according to company needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain websites and web-based applications according to company needs.
- Create responsive, attractive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Develop and manage server-side (backend), database, and API.
- Ensure websites have optimal performance, security, and accessibility.
- Perform debugging, bug fixes, and feature improvements on existing websites.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and related divisions in system development.
- Perform integration with third-party services as needed.
- Prepare technical documentation related to application development and maintenance.
- Follow web technology developments to improve system quality.
About you
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Backend / Web Developer (CodeIgniter project experience must be included in portfolio).
- Able to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
- Good communication skills and able to work individually and in teams.
- Proficient in CodeIgniter framework (version 3 or 4).
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (AJAX/jQuery).
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented with attention to detail.
- Able to work according to targets and deadlines.
- Quick learning ability towards new technology.
- Quality-oriented and focused on user satisfaction.
