Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
Verify payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, incentives, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with PPh 21, BPJS, labor regulations, and company policies.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee concerns.
Prepare weekly and monthly payroll reports for management.
Coordinate and provide payroll reports to Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
Monitor payroll accuracy and maintain employee data confidentiality.
Lead and develop the payroll team to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify and implement payroll process improvements, including HRIS optimization.
Manage employee enrollment, updates, claims, and administration related to BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and employee health insurance programs.
Coordinate and handle work-related accident (occupational injury) cases, including reporting, documentation, and claim processing with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and insurance providers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
Proven experience handling payroll for 500-1,000 employees or more.
Strong experience using Microsoft Excel (manual payroll processing) and HRIS/Payroll Systems.
Good knowledge of payroll administration, overtime, THR, PPh 21, BPJS, and Indonesian labor regulations.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Experience preparing weekly, monthly, and management payroll reports.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
Preferred Qualifications
Brevet A and/or Brevet B certification.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, distribution, or other high-volume workforce environments.
Experience in HRIS/Payroll System implementation or enhancement projects.
Familiarity with payroll audits and compliance processes.
