Responsibilities
Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability
Monitor company performance and prepare reports for management
Coordinate with different departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations)
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
*(Optional) Master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
*Organizational and time management skills
*Ability to work independently and in a team
