Associate, Site Acquisition

As we take this ambitious journey of growing to 1000 stores, we’re looking for a visionary Expansion/Site Acquisition Associate to be the frontline of Inofarma growth—responsible for identifying, securing, and coordinating new store locations across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously scout and source new store locations in targeted areas through street surveys, market visits, and local network engagement.

• Leverage provided leads and independently generate new leads by engaging with property agents, landlords, and local businesses.

• Evaluate properties based on company criteria (foot traffic, visibility, demographics, rental terms, competitor presence, etc.).

• Prepare and present location assessments with supporting data and rationale to the Expansion Manager and leadership team.

• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule and coordinate site visits for shortlisted locations.

• Support negotiation and documentation process with landlords or agents when required.

• Maintain a structured and updated database of leads, site assessments, and property contacts.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, real estate, expansion, or territory scouting roles.

• Comfortable working in the field daily — mobility and independence are key to success.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially when dealing with agents, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in presenting location data and rationale.

• Self-driven, persistent, and excited to play a role in the physical expansion of a growing brand.
