Description
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage sales orders and ensure accurate processing
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is visually appealing
- Handle cash register transactions and manage inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in retail management or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, basic sales order management, and effective communication
- Responsibilities and Duties: Demonstrated ability to assist customers and manage orders
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
