Job Summary
The Treasury Assistant maintains the security and management of all the cash and cash equivalent collections of the store.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of courses with emphasis on Business, Administration, Banking, or Finance
- 1 year relevant experience on cash handling from retail establishments or bank industry is an advantage
- Open for fresh graduates
- Willing to be assigned temporarily either WM San Fernando or WM Mabalacat for the meantime, and will be transferred to WM Porac once operational.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures 100% harvest of cash collection and cash equivalent
- Ensures safety and security of cash
- Ensures cash equivalent are intact and forwarded to the Branch Accounting Assistant as scheduled
- Revolving fund custodian Receiving, issuance, and custodian of cell cards
- Ensures availability of bills and coins at the check out
