PROJECT COORDINATOR – PREMIUM WELLNESS PROJECTS

About the role

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with different teams at the same time. You will act as the coordination bridge between Sales, Clients, Suppliers, Technical Teams, Operations, Logistics, and Installation Teams. You will not simply wait for updates — you will be expected to actively follow up, identify potential delays, solve problems, and make sure everyone is aligned with the project timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from confirmed order until final handover.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines, schedules, and task trackers.
• Coordinate between Sales, clients, suppliers, production, technical and installation teams.
• Monitor production progress and ensure agreed deadlines are followed.
• Coordinate delivery, transportation and installation schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers, contractors and internal teams on outstanding tasks.
• Monitor project milestones and immediately escalate potential delays or risks.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress.
• Coordinate site visits and installation activities.
• Ensure project specifications and client requirements are properly communicated to the relevant teams.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations coordination, construction, hospitality, engineering, interior design, furniture, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate several projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
