About the role
This is a Management Trainee Program designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals eager to develop their careers in Technology, ERP Consulting, and Sales. Trainees will select from three available tracks: ERP Consultant, IT Consultant, or Sales, each offering hands-on training and real-world project experience.
Key responsibilities
ERP Consultant track:
Support ERP implementation and business process analysis
Assist in understanding client requirements and mapping them into ERP solutions
Support testing, documentation, and user support activities
IT Consultant track:
Support IT solution implementation, testing, and troubleshooting
Assist in analyzing client requirements and developing appropriate technology solutions
Work closely with technical and functional teams on client projects
Sales track:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Support sales proposals, presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, Engineering, Chinese Language/Literature, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interest in Technology, ERP, Consulting, or Sales
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced consulting environment
Able to work collaboratively with teams and clients
Good command of English is preferred
Willing to work on client projects and travel/relocate when required
