About The Company:

  • The working venue is in East Jakarta.

  • Our client is an Japanese Chemical Company. Currently, they are looking for Procurement Executive (Open for Fresh Graduate).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchasing process, including creating purchase orders and monitoring order fulfillment

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service

  • Request and compare quotations from suppliers

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial conditions

  • Monitor supplier delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Warehouse, Finance, Engineering, and Quality

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and purchasing documentation

  • Support supplier evaluation and performance monitoring

  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement process improvement

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures

  • Handle other procurement-related administrative and operational tasks as required

  • Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from top university

  • High Conversational English proficiency

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, good at communication and negotiation
