Agribusiness Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments in Boyolali Jawa Tengah, including evaluation of river conditions, water availability, flood risk, and environmental factors.

• Analyze the Aquaculture Business Model by evaluating suitable fish species, pond construction requirements, operational costs, feed requirements, and market potential.

• Analyze the Farm Business Model by assessing poultry housing, feed requirements, veterinary costs, waste management, and egg market trends.

• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, distributors, competitors, and market opportunities in Solo Raya (Boyolali, Solo, and surrounding areas).

• Develop financial projections (3–5 years) including CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, and BEP analysis for both business models.

• Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies related to environmental conditions, operations, and market factors.

• Identify legal and regulatory requirements, including necessary permits and compliance considerations.

• Prepare a final feasibility study report containing analysis results, recommendations, and supporting data and present the findings to the operation office.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final-year university student from relevant majors (Agribusiness, Animal Husbandry, Aquaculture/Fisheries, Agricultural Economics, or related fields).

• Willing to visit the site in Boyolali, to assess soil, water quality from the river, and local environmental conditions (coverage for travel and site-visit expenses).

• Ideally familiar with the Central Java agricultural landscape, local suppliers, and market prices (understanding of Javanese is a plus for local field research).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling (CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, Break-Even Point is preferred).

• Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of agricultural business, aquaculture, or livestock operations is preferred.
