Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project design, preferably in manufacturing start up or construction projects
- Familiarity with construction schedules, documentation, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and document
control systems
- With Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes
Duties and Responsibilities
1 Project Support & Coordination
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communication among contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, drawings, permits, and reports.
- Guide contractors on construction safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.
2 Schedule & Progress Monitoring
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and construction progress.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in planning meetings.
- Identify project delays and update schedules and resource allocations.
3 Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure project documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with safety audits, inspections, and quality control documentation.
- Maintain records of permits, material testing, and contractor evaluations.
4 Reporting & Communication
- Prepare weekly status reports and provide project updates.
- Coordinate communication between field teams and management.
- Assist with final project reports and close-out documentation.
5 Working Conditions
- Conduct site visits, including confined spaces, ladders, and elevated areas.
- Work in various weather, dusty, and noisy environments while wearing required PPE.
- Report onsite from Monday to Saturday.
