Kinderfield–Highfield School Bekasi is looking for a creative, organised, and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to join our Marketing, Admissions & External Relations team.
About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the school's day-to-day social media activities and digital marketing campaigns—from planning content and campaigns, coordinating with graphic designers and content providers, executing campaigns, engaging with our online community, to monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
*Social Media Management
Manage the school's day-to-day social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads.
Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and online conversations involving the school.
Engage professionally and appropriately with followers, parents, students, prospective parents, and the wider online community.
*Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and coordinate social media and digital campaigns for admissions, Open House, school events, programmes, scholarships, student achievements, extracurricular activities, and other promotional initiatives.
Translate campaign objectives into practical content plans, timelines, and execution activities.
Coordinate campaign execution with content creators, influencers, and/or other external creative providers.
*Content Coordination & Creative Supervision
Prepare clear creative briefs for graphic and content providers.
Provide direction regarding campaign objectives, target audience, key messages, tone, and content requirements.
Coordinate photography and video coverage of key school activities.
Maintain an organised library of photographs, videos, graphics, testimonials, and other digital marketing assets.
*Digital Promotion & Admissions Support
Support digital campaigns designed to increase awareness and interest among prospective parents and students.
Work closely with the Admissions team to promote enrolment periods, Open House events, scholarships, school programmes, and other admissions initiatives.
Monitor enquiries and engagement generated through social media and digital campaigns where tracking is available.
Identify content and campaigns that generate stronger audience interest and prospective-parent enquiries.
*Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, video views, profile visits, clicks, and enquiries.
Prepare regular social media and campaign performance reports.
Identify high-performing content and opportunities for improvement.
Track campaign outcomes and provide practical recommendations to improve future campaigns.
*Internal Coordination
Work closely with Admissions, Principals, Academic Departments, Student Affairs, and other school teams to identify potential content and promotional opportunities.
Build a strong pipeline of school stories, achievements, activities, testimonials, and events for digital promotion.
Coordinate with teachers and staff to collect relevant information and content.
Ensure that information is accurate and appropriately approved before publication.

Confident in communicating and engaging with online audiences.
Able to write engaging and appropriate social media captions.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Detail-oriented and careful with information published publicly.
Comfortable analysing social media data and using insights to improve performance.
Able to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
Sensitive to the communication standards and reputation of an educational institution.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Media, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and coordinating digital campaigns.
Experience working with creative/design/content providers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, social media analytics platforms, or similar tools.
Experience in the education sector is an advantage, although candidates from other consumer-facing industries are welcome to apply.
