Key Responsibilities
1. Track and analyze changes in laws, regulations, and policies (OJK, tax, labor law, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the company’s point of contact with regulators
2. AML/CFT/CPF (APU/PPT/PPPSPM) compliance.
3. Prepare reports to Government or Regulatory Bodies.
4. Contract reviews and provide legal solutions on business cases.
5. Draft, update, and implement internal compliance policies and manuals.
6. Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
7. Support on internal investigation, including handle compliance incidents, conducting investigations, and prepare reports.
8. Conduct compliance training sessions and promote risk awareness among employees.
9. Consumer complaint handling and act as Consumer Protection officer.
10. Ad hoc tasks assigned by Senior Management.
Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Law, Finance, or a related field;
2. Relevant certification as a plus, including certification of passing PKPA (Advocate Professional Special Education)
3. At least 3 years relevant working experience in Fintech, Multi-finance or relevant industries.
4. Solid understanding of Indonesian financial services regulations, particularly OJK and PPATK requirements for P2P lending
5. Good command of Bahasa and English.
6. Good communication and multitasking skills
7. Self-driven, hands-on can work under fast-paced and multi-task environment.
