REFRIGERANT UPKEEP AND MINOR REPAIRS
? Maintain all refrigeration system by inspecting 10 points check annually
? Diagnose problem and Fix necessary minor repair needed
? Responsible for tool upkeep needed to undertake the necessary action .
? Installation of new aircon
? The property aircon technician needs to have good communications skills for effective delivery of information to clients, colleagues, and management. MC TASK COMPLETION
? Complete task on time as scheduled.
REPORTS
? Submit required reports every 15th of the months
COVERED SHIFT
? Performs tasks, duties and covered shifts of colleagues in their absence.
OTHERS
? Performs any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Managing Director
Result/ Objective:
? Service Request Completion
? DNR (Minor Repair) – to be rectified within 5 days
? Major Repair within 30 days
