SCM Development & Improvement Manager

This role is responsible for leading and driving Supply Chain Management (SCM) development, continuous improvement, process standardization, and digital transformation initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain. The position focuses on improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, strengthening service level performance, enhancing SCM processes and systems, and building organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve end-to-end supply chain processes covering Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.

• Establish and maintain SCM policies, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Ensure process standardization across all business units and branches.

• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service levels, productivity, and cost performance.

• Develop and monitor SCM KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision making.

• Lead SCM digitalization and system improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

• Drive inventory, logistics, and operational cost optimization initiatives and track improvement benefits.

• Manage cross-functional SCM projects and ensure effective implementation and sustainable results.

• Develop team capabilities and promote a continuous improvement culture across the organization.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.

• Experienced in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive improvement.

• Experience with ERP/SCM systems and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
