Job Description:
Supervise QC daily activities for PCBA & Sub-Level Assembly.
Lead QC Inspectors to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
Monitor Yield, DPPM, and quality performance; drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with IPC standards, Work Instructions, and Quality Procedures. Coordinate with Production, Process, and QA to resolve quality issues.
Support customer audits, NPI, and quality improvement projects.
Pre-requisite (Experience / Skill(s)) :
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Electronics Manufacturing Quality.
Knowledge of PCBA, SMT, and Sub-Level Assembly processes. Familiar with IPC-A-610, 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, and CAPA.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Minimum Qualification
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field. Good command of English. ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 knowledge is an advantage.
