Responsible for managing, controlling, and optimizing production processes to ensure process stability, product quality, production efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on process parameter control, process analysis, troubleshooting, and development of manufacturing processes to reduce defects, downtime, and production costs.
Key responsibilities
Manage and optimize production processes to ensure stability, quality, and efficiency
Control and adjust process and equipment parameters according to standards
Analyze process data and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive initiatives to reduce defects, downtime, and production costs
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for process-related issues
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
Lead and coordinate Process Engineers and Shift Engineers
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to the team
Review process procedures, work instructions, and technical reports
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Experience in Production or Process Engineering is preferred
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes
Familiar with PDCA, QC Tools, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, QCC, P-FMEA, and 6S
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3
Comply with HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment
