Leasing ManagerKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
- Identify, recruit, and negotiate with prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote available commercial spaces.
- Monitor lease renewals, tenant retention, and contract expiration dates.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance departments to ensure smooth tenant operations.
- Prepare leasing reports and present updates to management.
- Assist in planning tenant mix and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, mall operations, or property management.
- Experience in commercial, retail, or mall leasing is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Goal-oriented and capable of meeting occupancy targets.
- Willing to work in Balagtas, Bulacan.
