About the role
This is a Marketing Analyst position focused on e-Commerce market research, data analysis, and strategy development. The role involves researching market trends and competitors, analyzing sales data and consumer preferences, and providing data-driven recommendations for business strategy.
Key responsibilities
Research market trends and competitors
Analyze sales data and consumer preferences
Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and promotions
Prepare reports and business strategy recommendations
Analyze customer behavior including shopping habits, trends, and preferences
Design, implement, and evaluate online and offline promotions and events
Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams on online and offline marketing strategies
Plan and evaluate merchant acquisition and merchant support performance
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Statistics preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Analyst roles in e-Commerce
Knowledge of social media, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM
Understanding of market research activities, preparation, execution, and report compilation
Ability to analyze markets using popular techniques and tools
Data and statistical analysis capabilities
Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau
Critical thinking and strong communication skills
