Simplex Health is seeking a Women’s Health Dietitian (Registered Dietitian, RD/RDN) to provide telehealth outpatient medical nutrition therapy using an integrative and functional nutrition approach. This fully remote role focuses primarily on pregnancy and prenatal nutrition, including gestational diabetes (GDM), while also supporting women with hormonal imbalance, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, gut health, and metabolic health.
Unlike many outpatient roles, this position offers a full-time, salaried structure with benefits, providing stability and consistency in your schedule and income—while giving you the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
The ideal candidate has experience in clinical or outpatient nutrition counseling, is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania, and is passionate about delivering personalized, root-cause care to support long-term health outcomes.
Our Mission: Radically improve the health of Humankind—one person, one appointment, one connection at a time.
At Simplex Health, we do things differently. Our insurance-funded medical nutrition therapy goes beyond symptom management to improve — and in many cases reverse — chronic conditions, with a strong focus on women’s health, pregnancy, and metabolic care. We partner with hospitals, healthcare practices, and individuals to provide personalized nutrition support, especially for women navigating pregnancy, gestational diabetes (GDM), hormonal imbalances, and related conditions.
Our approach centers on prevention, root-cause resolution, and sustainable lifestyle change, helping patients feel supported during critical life stages like pregnancy and beyond. Services are delivered virtually through telehealth, allowing us to meet patients where they are with accessible, high-quality care.
Our evidence-based, progressive nutrition interventions consider each patient’s unique biochemistry. Through nutrition counseling, education, health coaching, and ongoing support, we empower patients — particularly women — to achieve healthy pregnancies, improve metabolic health, and create lasting, sustainable outcomes.
Role details:
- Location: Telehealth
- Schedule Options: Choose between a 4-day (32-hour) or 5-day (40-hour) work week, with flexibility to design a schedule that fits both your preferences and your patients’ needs.
- Reports to: Senior Clinical Director
- Compensation:
- 32 hours/week (4-day work week): $44,000–$59,000 annually
- 40 hours/week (5-day work week): $55,000–$70,000 annually
- Final schedule and compensation are aligned based on candidate preference, experience, and availability
You love helping women feel confident and supported during pregnancy, especially when navigating challenges like gestational diabetes. You just don’t love doing it all alone.
If you’ve ever run or dreamed of running your own private practice, you know what it takes. The marketing, the scheduling, the billing, the insurance headaches, the empty calendar days, the tech issues, and the isolation.
At Simplex Health, you get the best parts of private practice, including autonomy, flexibility, and deep one-on-one relationships with patients, without the burnout or business stress.
Here, you get to focus on what you do best: helping women through pregnancy, gestational diabetes (GDM), and hormone-related conditions using an integrative and functional nutrition approach.
