Freelance Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and inspect data, documents, and deliverables to catch and eliminate errors.
• Ensure all outputs align strictly with established project guidelines, standards, and criteria.
• Log, document, and track discrepancies or defects clearly using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Communicate findings and actionable feedback clearly to the relevant team members.
• Manage daily tasks independently to ensure reviews are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Compile clear, structured summary reports on QA findings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or final-year student in Information System, Management, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) for data management and reporting.
• Solid experience with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) for team collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot minor inconsistencies and patterns quickly.
• A structured working style that keeps tasks neat, organized, and easy to follow.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
